The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. They don’t just treat you like a patient — they make you feel like family. Today was honestly such a beautiful experience. I came in for my dental appointment and ended up having so much fun with the team. They were so sweet, supportive, and even hyped me up! 😂❤️ I truly appreciate how they make every visit feel so personal and enjoyable. The extraction itself was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. They constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. The clinic was clean, well-maintained, and ran on time everything felt very well managed. Overall, I’m so glad I chose Eastern Dental Clinic. I visited this center for a check-up on my son’s baby tooth. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely upsetting. After giving him several injections, three staff members held my 8-year-old son down without explaining to him what was happening. He was crying and terrified, yet instead of speaking to him calmly or allowing a parent to stay with him during the procedure, the dentist simply told him, “Why are you acting like this?” How do you expect a child—who received no explanation and was already scared—to react other than crying? The dentist was clearly inexperienced with children and does not seem to be a pediatric dentist at all. That night, my son woke up several times crying because of the trauma. Now he is so afraid that I cannot even take him to another clinic for continued treatment.
